Our Approach
Our approach is broken into 3 steps. First is the Consultation, second is Design Development and Presentation, and third is Installation and Project Management.
1. Consultation
We meet with you at your home to get acquainted and to better understand your project needs, goals, budget, and your aesthetic. After we have a personal understanding of the scope of work, we will discuss timelines and cost of design services. Upon agreement, we will take site measurements and gather a survey of the property if available.
2. Design Development & Presentation
The design we will create for you is a one-of-a-kind, full-colored, scaled plan, that will be integrated with the architecture of your home/property, your personal tastes, and lifestyle. This integration translates into a finished landscape that has function, beauty, and balance.
We meet back at your home to present the design and walk through every aspect of it with you. C. Johnson Landscape includes a detailed proposal to help you understand the value and options available to you.
3. Installation & Project Management
Your designer is the Project Manager when it comes time for installation. This ensures what has been planned/discussed comes to life in your yard. Your designer will keep you updated during construction and after the project is completed will walk through your new landscape with you to discuss aftercare.
